And so it begins..

Let's discuss the beginning of my fitness and weight loss journey, Shall we?
Let me start by saying I LOVE carbs. Bread and pasta make me so happy. They are my downfall. 
I am starting this journey at 5ft 3in. and 156.6 lbs. In the last week I have lost 1.6 lbs. Here are the before photos.


Would it shock you to know that I often get asked when my baby is due? Yea, I didn't think so. I carry a ton of weight in my mid section. Also, I would NEVER walk around in just a tank top. My arms are husky and my tummy is...round.

I wear a loose shirt over a tank at all times. 

My goal is to lose approximately 26lbs. If I get down to 130 pounds I will be comfortable.  I would also like to have more energy and be more toned. 

This Sunday I will be starting the advocare 24 day challenge and will post more about that soon.
